0F2.1 (see 7B2.2)[DJL] Fixed
0G8.2 (see 7B4.2)[DJL] Fixed
7B19.3.1 (see 7B10.5) also note parentheses are
missing. [DJL] Added 7B10.5 to reference to 7B10.4. Parentheses are not
used here because the reference to another rule is the point of the
clause, not tacked on.
