1. Suggest reformatting pages 26-27 so that the list of prescribed sources
of information (0D) is not broken up over two pages
2. 0F1.2.: Reference to 4B4 correct?
3. 0G6.5.: Include reference to 4B5 as well?
4. On p. 40. Tighten formatting so example for 0G10.3 does not need its own
page?

Also, on p. 152: it looks like the 4xx in "4xx fields: Series statements"
is not bold.
