[DCRM-L] a question came up during the close reading of Examples

I'm not sure we're permitted to go outside Standard Citations here, but rule
7B14.2 in DCRM(B) doesn't mention the use of any commas. The examples,
however -- which admittedly are not prescriptive -- use a comma after the
title portion unless the title portion ends with a parenthesis. The
examples maintain this trend for title portions that end with letters and
numbers alike.
