the online save file so that my supervisor can also access them and check them
when I’m done before they are actually put into the system. However,
records in the online save file expire after 28 days (though you can resave
them), whereas records in the local save file never expire. If I’m
working on a record that’s taking me longer to finish, I save it in the
local file so I don’t have to worry about losing it until I’m ready
to share it with my supervisor. Then I resave it to the online file so she can
see it.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
