Ah, I see the distinction. <br><br>
However, I still think it's a mis-wording because the
"optionally" that<br>
follows says you can optionally omit addresses or insignificant<br>
information "in the middle or at the end", but the cataloger
has only<br>
been instructed to include "preceding" information. There's no
need for<br>
the option to omit unless you've previously been instructed
otherwise.<br><br>
