Cataloging agencies preparing descriptions in the context of a different language should replace instructions and guidelines prescribing or implying the use of English into their preferred language."<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>BUT... there are nevertheless several examples of the stock phrase "language and script of the cataloging agency" (e.g. "0F1.3.
