I have encountered many similar items in recent years (mostly 18th cent. French plays, but still). I have not used relationship designators for the composer, but rather a note and added author/title entry. E.g.,<br>

provenance. Then there's attributed name, but that's for uncertain or former attributions, neither of which pertain here. It's not exactly a false attribution because Arne did write the music; it's just that the music isn't included here.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
