The formation of this group was recommended by the<span class="apple-converted-space"> </span><a href="http://www.rbms.info/committees/bibliographic_standards/dcrm/rda/dcrm-rda.html"><span style="color:#473D21">DCRM-RDA
Task Force</span></a>, which submitted its final report to BSC in October 2012. The revision group's initial plan is to conduct a rule-by-rule comparison of DCRM(B) and RDA; to be completed by the 2013 ALA Annual Conference. They plan to provide frequent updates
on their progress, and encourages participation from the wider rare materials cataloging community.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
