Some important questions and rare-materials-specific concerns were raised as well which we felt may need further discussion. </div><div><br></div><div>So, Francis Lapka and I have begun a draft response available on Google docs, here: <a href="https://docs.google.com/document/d/1bnIvjpPKtvXvpEEErjCZp1f85T1flROZqcidzm3Amq0/edit?usp=sharing">https://docs.google.com/document/d/1bnIvjpPKtvXvpEEErjCZp1f85T1flROZqcidzm3Amq0/edit?usp=sharing</a></div><div><br></div><div>We invite your comment on the response draft by <b>THIS FRIDAY, September 5. </b>We hope that this shorter response will easier to digest than the full 29 page proposal. Feel free to comment directly on the Google Document linked above, or send comments directly to me or to the dcrm list for discussion.</div><div><br></div><div>Your comments will help shape the final DCRM response which will be taken into consideration when the proposal is reviewed.</div><div><br></div><div>For your reference, our working copy of the original proposal with comments from DCRM is still available here: <a href="https://docs.google.com/document/d/1o7kQFXCUbZZVqCziPKdmySL-Faiy3MuEqLWM0bffqrA/edit">https://docs.google.com/document/d/1o7kQFXCUbZZVqCziPKdmySL-Faiy3MuEqLWM0bffqrA/edit</a></div><div><br></div><div>Thank you,</div><div><br></div><div>Matthew</div></body></html>
