There are indeed two German PS (we call them "D-A-CH") which use 2.17 as an umbrella concept. There is one at 2.17 and one at 2.17.1. Both are of the kind we call "Erläuterung" (explanation, comment), in contrast to "Anwendungsregel" (AWR, practice rule). They
were prepared by a group of map experts.<br>
