by the British Library rep. to the JSC last year (<a href="http://www.rda-jsc.org/working2.html#bl-rep-61">http://www.rda-jsc.org/working2.html#bl-rep-61</a>) holds promise for a fix. We can expect a follow-up to that discussion paper this summer.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
