<a href="http://www.iso.org/iso/catalogue_detail?csnumber=40874">http://www.iso.org/iso/catalogue_detail?csnumber=40874</a>. Uncertain dates can be rendered in EDTF, which is an extension of ISO 8601. Here is the website for EDTF:
