<p class="MsoNormal">If you look at the bib record, you will notice that the cataloger capitalized words as they are capitalized on the title page. So “Jnner” and “Wie” are capitalized, though I don’t think that fits modern capitalization norms. Looking at
DCRM(b), I see rule 0G2 says to follow rules for capitalization in AACR2 Appendix A, so that made me think we are still using AACR2 rules for capitalization. AACR2 1.1B1 says “Transcribe the title exactly as to wording, order, and spelling, but not necessarily
as to punctuation and capitalization.” <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">For German, I would think that would mean capitalizing nouns but not words like “Jnner” or “Wie” within a sentence. Am I right about that?<o:p></o:p></p>
