 Recently, in the process of reviewing instructions corresponding to DCRM(B) 4A6 which provide guidance on how to handle printers or booksellers also functioning as publishers, the DCRM-RDA Task Force asked CV editors to define/redefine the scope for the relationship
 designators publisher, printer, and bookseller. <br>

 relating to manufacture or distribution when the agent is also functioning as publisher, and the agent is traced, then the functions implied in the choice of Statement should match those used with relationship designators. For example, if the printer is also

 in the function of publishing.  The TF also wanted the scope of the terms printer, publisher, and bookseller to be consistent, no matter the time period.
