AMREMM uses “folio” as I have always understood it in the manuscripts context to mean “one of the paired leaves of a bifolium” rather than the in RDA book format meaning of folio: “A book format consisting of one or more leaves that are 1/2 of the whole sheet.” Both meanings are valid, of course, but they are very different.

However, I’ve never used AMREMM so I might be missing an instruction.
