etc., and added a devised subtitle, by analogy to RDA 2.3.4.6 for film trailers (RDA example: Annie Hall : [trailer]), which would result in something like: Max Reinhart's production of 'A<span style="font-size:10.0pt; color:#212121"> midsummer night's dream'
