<p class="x_MsoNormal">I've come across a unique book structure that I was hoping for some insight on. The catalog record for the book in question is here:

<p class="x_MsoNormal">It is a miniature book of common prayer that is “bound-with” a book of hymnals—but they are actually two separate volumes with their own bindings. The first book has a pocket on the back cover where you’re supposed to slide the cover
of the second book in and combine them, once you’ve got both. I’ve never seen something like this; is there a term for this style? I’ve attached a few pictures via a dropbox folder link below:</p>
