Topic 8: Future revisions

I think the idea of Topic 8 was to make plans how DCRB (or DCRM?) should be
revised in the future, after this current round of revision is over, on a
more regular and systematic basis. Should a subcommittee be set up to
oversee it? Should revision be incorporated in the rules? etc.
