Dear BSC members and dcrb-l members:

I am sending a copy of the agenda to you all via the dcrb-l because all BSC
members are on that list and the dcrb-l members need to get the agenda,
too. I will also post the agenda to rbms, so some (most?) of you will get
this twice. The reason the agenda doesn't exactly flow logically from one
thing to another is that I had all sorts of requests for rearrangements
because of scheduling, but who needs logic anyway?
