Dear Colleagues,


The Bibliographic Standards Committee of RBMS presents a draft of
DCRM(B): Descriptive Cataloging of Rare Materials (Books) for public
review. It is a revision of Descriptive Cataloging of Rare Books, 2nd
ed., 1991 and has been some years in the making. There will be a public
hearing at the ALA meeting on Saturday, 25 June 2005. Deadline for
written comments is *31 August 2005*. For more information, please
