[DCRM-L] DCRM(B) Zeta version 20060108 available

DCRM(B) zeta version 20060108 is fresh off the e-presses. It is not (as
we editors had hoped) the last version, as some work remains to be done.

 
The PDF versions are not ready, but the MS Word versions are, both clean
copy as well as with changes tracked. I'll alert this list when the PDF
versions are ready.
