--0A4., footnote 2: 

            There is no footnote 1[DJL]  The footnotes are numbered
continuously throughout the document. Footnote 1 is in Intro 1.1. 

 

--0G2. Capitalization and conversion of case:

            This heading should be in boldface[DJL]  Check

 

0G8.2, 4th line: "Make an explanatory note, if considered important (see
7B4)."

            The relevant, specific rule is 7B4.2 -- can we just refer to
the reader directly to it?[DJL]  Do you mean to change the text to read
"(see 7B4.2)"? 

 

I'll work on my next section over the weekend.
