The first line of 2B10 ("Two or more works on the title page with at least one edition statement") should be in boldface.

The example in 2B5.2 reads:
   Optional note: "Preface to the first edition": p. 5-7

Should the colon after the closing quotation mark be replaced by a double 
dash, following 7A4.2?
