[DCRM-L] FW: DCRM(B) problems with bullets andHebrewcharactersequencing

A display problem with the bullets and the Hebrew characters in DCRM(B)
had been discovered, and Bruce Johnson says they're fixed now and
online. When issue 3 is loaded in August, it wouldn't hurt to have
several pairs of eyes just looking over the display in the index and the
text to see if anything pops out. We know right now that the subheading
for 7B7 doesn't display, but that presumably will be in the fix.

Our thanks to Bruce for his efforts to get these problems resolved.
