[DCRM-L] Comparison of changed pages PDF

Several of you have asked for a list of errata for DCRM(B) 1st printing. Instead of compiling one, I am going to make available a PDF that offers a side-by-side comparison of the pages that were changed. It’s a nice feature of Adobe Acrobat. The pages of the first printing are on the left with strikethroughs in red, while the right side has added or replaced text underlined in blue.
