[DCRM-L] ESTC and the revision of SCF

I can confirm this. I'm try to avoid acronyms when speaking to
non-librarians, and a number of times I've mentioned the "English
Short-Title-Catalogue" only to have to explain that I mean the ESTC.

I agree that "ESTC" is fine. If it's like other acronyms, I suspect
that a lot of scholars know the acronym but don't actually remember
what it stands for, only that it's useful to them.
