Hi Deborah,

 

I also agree that for the genre form the "blankness" of the blank form
doesn't matter.  But I believe that we also have had a researcher here
interested in blank blank forms for history of printing purposes.  Of
course I'm not sure if he cared if they were still blank  --best to
query Steve Tabor on that detail.
