[DCRM-L] Bookblock or textblock?

Hello:

Could you please clarify for me what is the preferred American term: Jan Storm van Leeuwen uses the term "Bookblock". Gathering term from the RBMS list is "Text block". Other sources use the term "Textblock" (spelled together).
