[DCRM-L] DPC on manufacture elements - voting now OPEN

Hi, everyone,
   Jane Carpenter has just posted my DPC text (per guidelines, with EXISTING, then PROPOSED forms of the rule indicated). While the vote is for Bib Standards Committee members, it has been posted for public view. The vote will be open for a week, until Oct. 18 at 5:38 pm (Chicago time).                                     Thanks, Jain
