Just to clarify -- the RDA BSR for "Rare Materials" was written by a group of BSC members with the intention from the beginning that it would be expanded to cover other modules as they became available. It's not that Rare Books was changed at the last minute. It was deliberately called Rare Materials from the start, and Becky Culbertson was working directly with BSC members and/or DCRM editors earlier.
