And if the particular instance results from binding rather than printing, RBMS Binding terms offers "Dos-à-dos bindings"

As far as the RBMS Controlled Vocabularies are concerned, I do not believe there is an appropriate term. In the past, I have used the LCSH term Upside-down books.
Best,
Ryan

Subject: [DCRM-L] genre term needed
Hi,
Is there a genre term appropriate for a book that reads through in one direction, and then when flipped and inverted reads through in the opposite direction? It's as if two books are bound in one each printed in opposite directions.
Many thanks,
Amber
