The DCRM(MSS) editorial team would like to ask for your comments on the latest draft of DCRM(MSS) in advance of its Fall meeting, which is to be held on Sept. 28-30. We hope to polish away the remaining imperfections (or as many of them as possible) at the Fall meeting and submit the text to BSC's contact person at LC soon afterward. A few requests for submitting your comments:

* Use the subject line: DCRM(MSS) comments

* Precede each comment with the section and rule letter/number which your comment addresses (e.g., 7B8.3)
