[DCRM-L] CV question

[Alexandra Kordoski]

I came across these in an 1881 Henry Holt edition of the Laodicean by
Thomas Hardy. We have two copies - one with the slips intact, and one with
only the stubs in place (see attached image).

I particularly like the little manicule...
