[DCRM-L] hand coloring and new descriptions

Might I ask what we're trying to achieve in terms of a user experience?
That the user can tell from the description whether the entire issue was
colored, or that the user can tell whether a given copy was colored?  Are
users relying on the catalog record to inform them about the issue as a
whole?  Or, are users looking for details about individual copies?
