[DCRM-L] 510 subfield c citation form for online resources

I should have re-threaded my message (as I have this one), since the
question that arose in my mind really had more to do with subfield c
generally in online resources, and the desirability of including models in
the SCF records for them. I do think that, in the end, that subfield u
durable URL's would be far better than subfield c text, but the best format
for subfield c would still be needed, unless subfield u is defined as a
possible substitute for (as well as adjunct to) subfield c.

That said, the potentially slippery nature of online resource naming may
one day be an issue--as much fun as successive serial records.
