[DCRM-L] 20 more Descriptive Convention Codes exempted from WorldCat reduplication routines

At last! This has taken quite a while for a variety of internal data processing reasons, but as of 10 April, presence of any of the following codes for cataloging rules prevent records from being subject to deduplication. As you can see, it goes well beyond the codes requested by rare book and special collections catalogers and archivists. Yay.
