[DCRM-L] Booksellers/Publishers advertisements

A question for the list:  who is the publisher of the advertisements that appear in the back of magazines such as the Edinburgh Review or the Quarterly Review, ca. 1800-1825? Often the same text appears as an advertisement in several magazines or newspapers.

I would much appreciate any guidance.
