[DCRM-L] 655 source code for Artists' Books Thesaurus?

Hi Silvana --

This slide presentation by Alison Jai O'Dell, who was one of the leaders of this project, says that currently a $2 local should be used as there is not yet an assigned code for the vocabulary:

I've seen this usage in a number of records in OCLC. The presentation is from 2016, but I haven't come across any more recent information.

Silvana -

Unfortunately this is not a published thesaurus as such, and there is no assigned source code for the vocabulary. I have been trying to find out the status of this vocabulary, and when it might migrate to an ARLIS-hosted site and be stable (and thus be assigned a source code, hopefully) but I haven't been able to get a definitive answer.

Subject: [DCRM-L] 655 source code for Artists' Books Thesaurus?

Hello there,
I wish to use one of the F/G terms from the Arlis/NA Artists' Books Thesaurus and would like to cite the source. Does anyone know if there's an assigned 655 ǂ2 source code for the thesaurus? I have not been able to find one.

Thanks,
Silvana Notarmaso
