[DCRM-L] Natural or gradual scale indicators for map cataloging

Anyone know where one can purchase those nice semi-transparent natural or gradual scale indicators that map catalogers use to measure scale?

We need to stock up on some and the Great God Google reveals to me map cataloging workshops that show you how to USE them, or PH scale indicators.
