[DCRM-L] Reporting holdings to ISTC?

Hello all,

I hope these questions have relatively simple answers!

What is the current procedure for reporting holdings to the ISTC? We would
like to add our copy of a work to an existing record.

Similarly, is there a way to do the same for the ESTC?

Our library already has holdings in both databases, but obviously we have
not done any active reporting in quite some time.
