Any chance that can be added to SCF as a xref?

This same thing came up a few years ago on DCRM-L; so I am going to submit it to SCF now!

It appears C & C is short for Cameron and Carroll, or:

Short title catalogue of books printed in the British Isles, the British colonies, and the United States of America, and of English books printed elsewhere, 1701-1800, held in the libraries of the Australian Capital Territory / edited by William J. Cameron and Diana J. Carroll.

Is anyone familiar with the citation "C & C" in the context of 18th-century English satirical verse? I have not been able to find it in Standard Citation Forms.
Thank you,
