Whoops, I missed that. Both Joe and Noah are right. If you're not converting case, transcribe the letterform as it appears.

I believe the final word in the title would be transcribed "Seuilla" (just as it's printed). There's no need to convert the letter since it's already lowercase.

I’m not the best expert on this, but I think you have it right. Frequently v is used in initial position and u everywhere else. In all caps they use v, but that does not indicate the usage for the book as a whole.

Even with instructions in front of me, I always feel unsure about this. Could someone confirm I have these correct: institucion, Inmaculada, Vrbano, Sevilla. The word ciudad has a u.

Title as it appears on the publication: RELACION DE LA INSTITVCION EN ROMA DE LA INMACVLADA CON-cepcion de la Virgen Maria N.S. Por la santidad del Papa Vrbano VIII, N. Señor : COPIA DE DOS CARTAS, ESCRITAS DE ROMA à dos Señores Prebendados de la S. Iglesia mayor de la ciudad de Seuilla.
