[DCRM-L] Odd [to me] text on a Latin-language thesis

*HoC anno* *IVbILeMVs* *Deo pro LVthero*.

My rusty Latin reads it as something like “In this year let us rejoice to
God for Luther.”
And the chronogram appears to add up to MDCLLVVVII, or 1717.
Which would confirm Laurie’s theory, since that would be the bicentennial
of the year Luther nailed the 95 theses to the Wittenberg church doors in
1517.
