The RBMS Bibliographic Standards Committee and RBMS Technical Services Discussion Group invite everyone to an open and informal discussion framed on the topic of working remotely (in special collections technical services) during COVID-19 disruptions. The one-hour call will take place at 2 pm EDT / 1 pm CDT / noon MDT / 11 am PDT.

Subject: [RBMS] Technical services during COVID-19 disruptions

Dear colleagues,

In light of closures and disruptions brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, the RBMS Bibliographic Standards Committee and RBMS Technical Services Discussion Group would like to provide a couple of venues for sharing ideas on how best to cope with the unplanned need to work remotely. We have two notions, so far:


  1.
