Subject: [DCRM-L] ALCTS CaMMS Cataloging Norms IG call for Co-Vice Chairs for 2019-2020
**Please Excuse Cross-Postings**
The ALA ALCTS CaMMS Cataloging Norms Interest Group is looking for two volunteers to serve as Co-Vice Chairs for 2019-2020 (2020 midwinter and annual conferences). After serving for one year as Co-Vice Chairs, you will become Co-Chairs for 2020-2021 (2021 midwinter and annual conferences). The Co-Chairs for 2019-2020 are Liz Bodian and Keiko Suzuki.
Co-Vice chairs are expected to attend both the midwinter meeting and the annual conferences during the time covered and to participate in session planning and delivery. The Vice-Chairs learn by working with the existing Co-Chairs, so no prior experience is necessary. If you are interested in the dynamics of cataloging norms and how they are changing in today's new digital and Internet environment, please submit your name, title, related experience, and contact information to Liz Bodian (lizbodian at brandeis.edu<mailto:lizbodian at brandeis.edu>) and Keiko Suzuki (suzukik at newschool.edu<mailto:suzukik at newschool.edu>) by May 17, 2019. For the IG charge and other details, please visit our websites:
