Hi all,

Please see the forwarded request for comment from CC:DA regarding
discussion papers for the R.S.C.'s October meeting.

Both the manifestation binding and the "curator agent of work" papers may
be of interest (though note that the second paper is a discussion about the
process relating to proposals and not a discussion of the element itself).
Please provide any comments by *Tuesday, 6 October*.
