Have a look at the latest issue of the IFLA Metadata Newsletter, available at https://www.ifla.org/node/93988<https://www.ifla.org/node/93988>.

This issue has a lot of news from the IFLA Bibliography Section, as well as news from other IFLA metadata groups.

Articles include further analysis of the National Bibliographic Register, reports on the New Horizons webinar from 27 May, the conference "Bibliographic Control in the Digital Ecosystem" of 8-12 February, and the 3rd International Bibliographic Congress of 26-30 April.

There is region and country news from: Belgium, Canada, China, Colombia, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany the Netherlands, Russia, Sweden, and the United States.
And standards news from: the Cataloguing Code of Ethics, the Nordic Networking Group's annual meeting, the Dewey Decimal Classification, and the RDA Steering Committee.

The Newsletter also includes the full listing of business meetings planned by all the IFLA metadata sections, standards groups, and their working groups. As IFLA is in an online format this year, it is important to realise that the business meetings are being held in August but before and after the core WLIC days of August 17-19. Conference registration is not required to attend business meetings.

Enjoy.
