[DCRM-L] Strange "newspaper"

Dear Colleagues,

We have found the following single "newspaper" sheet in our collections (I hope the image is visible below) and we are not quite sure what to make of it. I am wondering whether it is some form of printer's waste.
Have any of you come across anything similar? It looks as if the "title" is made up of different characters (roman and italic; including a Greek omega) printed over each other.
There is no imprint on the sheet. From the contents, we think this was printed in 1737.

Any suggestions about how to catalogue this?
