[DCRM-L] Request for help with Danish item

Hello all:

I appeal to my fellow cataloguers out there with a request for help with
two Danish items.
I understand the document but I am trying to ascertain the issuing body
because I think I have to make an authority record for a corporate body. It
has to do with commercial history in the 1820s.

If anyone is kind enough to help me off-list, I would be most grateful.
