Thanks so much for your answers, Matthew! This is about what we expected, but I appreciate having our suspicions confirmed.

P.S. There is a newer version of the Chinese rare book guidelines<https://library.princeton.edu/sites/default/files/bookfiles/Cataloging%20Guidelines%20for%20Chinese%20Rare%20Books-2018%20revision.docx> from 2018.

For the most part there are separate guidelines for non-Latin scripts and for manuscripts that have to be cobbled together with one of the standards for MSS. There are guidelines for Japanese<https://www.loc.gov/catdir/cpso/premeiji.pdf> and Chinese<https://www.eastasianlib.org/ctp/webinars/ChineseRareBook/CRBP_guidelines.pdf> rare books, both of which also include some provisions for manuscripts in those scripts, as well as some resources on manuscript cataloging<https://sites.google.com/princeton.edu/mela-conc/cataloging-manuals/mss?authuser=0> from the Middle East Librarians Association (MELA) committee on cataloging, mainly for MSS in Arabic script. The Hebraica Cataloging resources<http://rascat.pbworks.com/w/page/7836007/Home> and Slavic cataloging manual<https://sites.google.com/site/seesscm/home/subject-index?authuser=0> sites both have ample script-specific resources but I don't find anything specific to manuscripts upon a preliminary skim.

Hello,
A colleague is looking for any documentation for cataloging practices and guidelines for manuscripts and manuscript codices in non-Latin scripts. She has not been able to locate any such documentation online that is dedicated specifically to non-print, unique items that are handwritten. Are any of you familiar with such a resource? Do any of you have internal documentation, or are there any standards that have been developed that would serve a similar function to the PCC Guidelines for Creating Bibliographic Records in Multiple Character Sets?
Thanks,
